Attorney Travis Spier was recently selected to the Thomson Reuters Super Lawyers Rising Stars List for his work in Workers’ Compensation, Great Plains Region. No more than 2.5 percent of attorneys in the state of Nebraska are selected for this honor. The annual selections are made using a patented multiphase process that includes a statewide survey of lawyers, an independent research evaluation of candidates, and peer reviews by practice area. Travis has been with the firm since 2007. He was named Partner in 2013. During his nine years practicing with the firm, Travis has represented individuals, employers and insurance companies in workers’ compensation trial and appellate cases. Additionally, Travis has successfully litigated and/or settled products liability claims, medical malpractice actions, slip and falls, and motor vehicle accidents. His experience includes cases involving back injuries, neck injuries, shoulder injuries, spine injuries, brain injuries, complex psychological issues, and toxic exposure and inhalation cases. His experience working as both plaintiff and defense attorney provides him with unique insight and perspective regarding how to approach each individual case.
