Atwood Law is pleased to announce that Brynne E. Holsten has joined the firm as a new associate. Brynne received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln in 2005. Brynne attended law school at the University of Nebraska College of Law and graduated in 2008. While in law school, Brynne worked for our firm as a law clerk, worked as a senior-certified prosecutor at the Lancaster County Attorney’s Office through the Criminal Clinic program, and received training and certification as a Nebraska mediator. After graduation, Brynne spent six years practicing workers’ compensation law in Omaha at an insurance defense law firm.
Brynne has extensive trial experience in front of the Nebraska Workers’ Compensation Court and appellate experience in the Nebraska Supreme Court. In addition to her successes at the trial court level, Brynne has also furthered her clients’ interests by making new Nebraska law in cases she has argued before the Nebraska Supreme Court. Brynne rejoined our firm in February 2015 where she looks forward continuing her practice and representing both plaintiffs and defendants. Brynne is admitted to practice in Nebraska, Iowa, and the United States District Court – District of Nebraska.
