Atwood Law Law Firm is pleased to announce that attorneys Corey L. Stull and Jeanette Stull have joined the firm.
Corey has over 20 years of litigation experience representing individuals in matters of personal injury, railroad injuries, employment law, whistleblower cases and general civil litigation. He has enjoyed great success in the courtroom, including recent six and seven-figure judgments. Corey has also gained local and national recognition, having presented at several local and national Federal Employer’s Liability Act (FELA)/railroad, personal injury, and employment seminars. Corey is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Nebraska and Iowa as well as the Federal District Court of Colorado and the Court of Federal Claims.
Over nearly 20 years, Jeanette Stull has built a diverse legal practice which includes probate and trust administration, will contests and other estate litigation, real estate matters, estate and business planning and litigation, guardianships and conservatorships, employment law, school law, general civil litigation, and family law matters, including divorces, paternity actions, modifications, and adoptions. She has earned a noteworthy record of success representing Nebraskans in state and federal courts, both at the trial court level and in appeals to the Nebraska Court of Appeals, Nebraska Supreme Court, and Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.
