Atwood Law Law Firm is pleased to announce that attorney Jeanette Stull has joined the firm.
Over nearly 20 years, Jeanette Stull has built a diverse legal practice which includes probate and trust administration, will contests and other estate litigation, real estate matters, estate and business planning and litigation, guardianships and conservatorships, employment law, school law and general civil litigation. She has earned a noteworthy record of success representing Nebraskans in state and federal courts, both at the trial court level and in appeals to the Nebraska Court of Appeals, Nebraska Supreme Court, and Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.
“We are fortunate to add Jeanette to our team,” said Eric Brown, a partner at the firm. “She is an accomplished, well-respected lawyer, and her diverse expertise complements our established personal injury and workers’ compensation practice, allowing us to better serve our clients.”
Atwood Law Law Firm was founded nearly 20 years ago by Raymond P. Atwood, Jr., whose goal was to provide clients with dedicated, responsive, and accomplished legal representation. With success comes higher demand, prompting the firm to recently expand its offices in the Fallbrook Town Center in Lincoln and also in Omaha. “The addition of Jeanette takes us one step closer in our strategic growth plan of becoming a full-service law firm,” said Brown. The firm, now comprised of 9 attorneys, represents clients throughout Nebraska and Iowa.
