After hitting the pole, the vehicle rolled, hit a privacy fence and came to a stop on its roof.
The woman was ejected from the Jeep and declared dead at the scene of the accident. A 36-year-old passenger in the car was taken to Nebraska Medicine for treatment of a hip injury. The driver of the vehicle was taken to a hospital for treatment of minor injuries after the crash.

An individual who is injured in a motor vehicle accident may be entitled to compensation. If someone is killed in an accident due to driver negligence, the family of the victim could file a wrongful death suit. Regardless of what type of legal action is taken, it may be beneficial to have the help of a personal injury attorney. In some cases, it may be possible to settle outside of court, which may lead to a faster resolution. This may allow the victim to have a sense of closure and allow the healing process to begin.
